Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the b4bet platform. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all linked accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your account's active status. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. b4bet reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify b4bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. b4bet will not be liable for any loss arising from a failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
All b4bet Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, wager settlements, bonus credits, and balance displays are presented in MYR. b4bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
b4bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification framework as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The following documents may be required:

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
b4bet generally requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to individual method limitations. This policy exists as part of b4bet's AML compliance framework.
All bets are accepted at b4bet's sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only once the Platform has displayed a confirmed bet reference number to the User. Bets placed during technical faults, during a suspension of a market, or after an event has commenced (unless explicitly offered as live betting) may be voided at b4bet's discretion.

b4bet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or odds error; (b) the relevant event was abandoned, postponed, or declared invalid; (c) evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation is identified; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
b4bet applies maximum payout limits per event and per betting period. These limits are disclosed within the Platform's betting interface and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings calculated in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to the stated maximum.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude b4bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
You may request closure of your b4bet Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon verified closure, your remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to any pending KYC requirements.
b4bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) b4bet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) b4bet reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise harmful activity associated with your Account; or (d) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the service.
b4bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and may notify active Account holders via the registered email address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the b4bet Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the b4bet Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents b4bet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
